We make every effort to ensure your experience shopping on our site is a positive one.  All items are made upon order and are inspected thoroughly before being shipped.  Therefore, all sales are final.

Payment Methods
We gladly accept Credit Cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or payments via PayPal.  All transactions are processed utilizing PayPal's website payment system, however you will not need to log-in to PayPal if you would like to pay with a Credit Card.  If you have any issues with processing the payment for your order, please e-mail us immediately at billing@motormunchkins.com.

Sales Tax
MotorMunchkins.com is based in Florida, which by law requires us to charge 7% sales tax to any purchases made by customers within the state of Florida.

Shipping
At this time, we only ship domestically within the US.  If you are an international customer who is willing to pay the extra international shipping costs and wait 6-10 business days for your order, please contact us directly at billing@motormunchkins.com to arrange a purchase.  All domestic US customers can expect their purchase to be delivered within 2-4 business days via USPS.

Gift Items
If you are purchasing a gift and would like us to include a message with your order, please let us know by e-mailing us at billing@motormunchkins.com shortly after making your purchase.  Just let us know what you would like your message to say and we will be happy to include a small card with your gift.
